Every one of her fabulous desserts is made from high quality ingredients and always baked fresh. She uses fresh Canadian butter, eggs, natural flavours and source as much local and fair trade ingredients as she can. This means no mixes, shortening, preservatives, artificial flavors - just the highest quality ingredients and everything baked from scratch daily.
