Joy's Waffle House

As a single Mom, money was tight for Joy and her son. Loving to cook, she was excited to learn that her application to open a waffle stand was accepted.  Joy chose  waffles because it was a speciality item that she felt was missing from the Market. They were successful right from the start. Over the years the business has grown and Joy's clientele along with it. Her waffles are 100% homemade, including all the syrups and toppings; there really is nothing like it anywhere. Joy's met the most incredible people at the Market, from every walk of life; friends she now calls family, only better.
