Karmens Kitchen

Carmen first started at the market by helping a friend sell his product, and, while there, introduced her Peanut Butter Fudge and Chocolate Macaroons. When the time came for her friend to retire, she took over his booth and has been in the same place ever since. Carmen still makes the fudge and macaroons that started it all, and has since added rhubarb muffins, caramel cones, chocolate strawberries, assorted chocolate items and Acadian Fricot (served hot to eat on site, or cold to take home and heat later). Carmen also loves to do crafts and on special occasions (i.e. Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter, Spring and Fall) she brings these crafts to sell as well.
