Lynn's grandfather took her to the market when she was very young, which helped develop her love for the Market. Following this love, she started out with making pierogies, and six weeks later started making old-fashioned fishcakes and baked beans. Lynn (Amanda's mom) found her niche and has loved seeing her happy customers and fellow vendors each Saturday. Lynn's fishcakes and beans are available to take home and reheat.
